NorthPark Partners completed Express Scripts' $50 million headquarters located on the University of Missouri-St. Louis' campus in north St. Louis County. The 315,000-square-foot build-to-suit building marks the first time a Fortune 500 company relocated its corporate headquarters to a public university's campus. Some of the structure's sustainable design elements include a white roof, bamboo and cork floors, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, low-flow plumbing fixtures and motion detector lights that have been designed to meet basic Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
