The NorthPark team completed the second HQ facility for Express Scripts in December 2008. This 200,000-square-foot, four-story office building includes open offices and interior offices, conference rooms, a boardroom, training rooms, break rooms and a 435 car parking garage. Express Scripts Building II is joined to Building I by a common walk-bridge and enjoys views of two separate lakes and walking trails. This project was an expansion of the Express Scripts headquarters I building and was also built on UMSL's campus. NorthPark partner's expanded it's Transportation Development District (TDD) to compete the relocation and construction of Gieger Road, the parking garage and new storm sewers including the extension of box culvert.
