JOBS STRENGTHEN OUR ECONOMY NorthPark currently includes 1,278,938 square feet of development with 11 businesses populating the site. Over 5,000 permanent jobs were created to date and NorthPark Partners have invested over $291 million dollars to date. It took a lot of cleaning up before the development could begin. After collecting all the pieces and sorting out the mess, WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE A FRESH START. Phase one of the clean-up began in November of 2006. NorthPark Partners removed over 600 foundations and basements, removed over 120,000 tons of waste material and cleaned up a 1 mile stretch of Maline Creek. Phase two of the clean up is ongoing and an additional 480 foundations/basements were removed and the concrete is being recycle or reused as fill material.
